Team Leader & Strategist

Elevator Up is seeking to hire someone that enjoys making ideas become a reality through excellent customer service and project management.

Based in West Michigan, the company was founded in 2004 with the focus of being a group that thinks big to understand client's core values and brand while offering technology based services including web and application development and Identification workshops to help them organize their goals. We focus on the user experience, managing expectations and provide smart simple solutions that help solve real business problems.

You’ll be helping with new business creation, leading projects and be the primary client interface that takes projects from conception to completion. Key responsibilities include leading workshops, preparing proposals, creating the project scope, time-lines, measuring performance, and ensuring the team's (client and EU team) needs are met.

There is also a financial element to the role that includes forecasting sales, monitoring profitability of projects, and analysis. Successful individuals will have great communication skills, the ability to build strong relationships with clients, financial acumen, and strong project management skills. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Business or Communications with 5+ years work experience in a similar type of role.

Details

This is a full time position.

You will be working in our Grand Rapids office at the Factory. We are not interested in remote working for this position.
