What is the Garage?
Do you like working independently, but are less effective when sitting home alone? Elevator Up would like to help you with that. We offer desks for rent and a creative environment to work in. Creative and talented people work for themselves, but in a collaborative space.
They do not have to do the same things, but can glean knowledge and expertise from one another while being their own boss. Coworking has been described as being a part of BarCamp everyday.

How it works
Elevator Up values the people we come in contact with and like to have close working relationships with the different people we meet. Collaboration between small companies is essential in order for us to survive. Elevator Up likes to go as far as to share our office with whoever would like to drop-in (Acquaintance), business hours renter (Friend), or call our place home permanent (Family). The following is our pricing plan for each level of collaboration you might be interested in.
This includes:
- High-speed internet access
- Wireless (wifi) or wired networking
- Whiteboards
- Coffee/tea
- Good music (well, that depends on who is in control)

Acquaintance - $25/day
first visit is freeYou don't need a stationary desk for more than a few days a month so monthly renting doesn't make sense. We like to be flexible people so feel free to drop-in anytime between the hours of 9am and 6pm Monday through Friday and we will have a desk waiting for you. Just drop us an email (info@elevatorup.com) to make sure a desk is available. We'll bill you twice throughout the month. Easy enough?
Friend - $225/month
Wanting something more permanent than just a few days a month, but don't need access to the office on nights and weekends? Become a Friend and you can come and go as you please between 9am and 6pm Monday through Friday. No need to email us or put down a deposit, just pick your spot and get to work. We'll bill you once a month.
If you are a Friend member and are bringing in a collaborator we will consider them an Acquaintance.
Family - $325/month + deposit
Feeling the need to plant your roots for a while or need a shorter commute? Become part of the Garage Family. You will get a designate desk just for you!! Feel free to bring in that spider plant you have been trying to keep alive in the back seat of your car and make your desk feel like home. We'll bill you once a month.
If you are a Family member and are bringing in a collaborator we will consider them an Acquaintance.

Do I need to make a reservation?
Nope, just come on in. We'd would appreciate if you could send us an email just as a heads up info@elevatorup.com.
How will I be billed?
Family and Friends will be billed at the end of each month. Acquaintances are billed twice monthly. You can pay via cash, check, or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
Do I need to bring my computer? Phone?
Please bring both.
Can I bring my dog?
No, sorry. The building does not allow animals.
Is it "co-working" or "coworking"?
It's coworking. Co-working is simply the act of working together where coworking is a new way of working. The international coworking movement has exploded in the past few years and we are happy to align ourselves with some truly amazing people.
